In the fantastical world of Ahkazora, supernatural beings are the norm and their worth is determined by the type of beast they are. Cassius Bloodnight is a Berserker, a human gifted with the ability to transform into a Were-Bear, he had taken the throne by force years ago, killing the previous king and bending everyone to his will. Zianalou Evans is an outcast in her family. Born with very light blonde hair and blue eyes, she is different from her sisters who have fair auburn hair with striking light emerald eyes. Her family members are Were-Wolves, humans that can change into wolves, Zianalou however, along with her great grandmother are the only other known Were-Cat in the world, specifically a white Were-Panther, which is much stronger and deadlier than most shapeshifters. Another season begins in Ahkazora, the season of love, where women vie for suitors/soulmates, Cassius has never taken a wife or claimed to love anyone in his reign, and for years all the debutantes target him as their possible futures, but the king has either sworn off women, or just doesn't believe in love, no one really knows. Zianalou's parents send her and her sisters to Ahkazora but not for her to find a husband this season, Zianalou is there to help her sisters find husbands at whatever costs, but Zanialou loathes the parties and just enjoys life at the castle. Cassius has never felt much for women, but when he sets his eyes on Zianalou, something changes and he becomes a beast stalking his prey. As the season progresses, Zianalou tries all she can to stay on the task of finding her sisters possible husbands, but when her youngest sister sets her sights on the king, the constant push and pull of her emotions awaken the primal instincts within her as the Were-Panther within instinctively claims the king as hers. Zianalou struggles with tampering down her rage and possessiveness over the king as she helps her sisters, but at what cost? What is she truly sacrificing in order for her families happiness?
